There would be one other exemption for me and ONLY if Lucient or Kyle was not able to handle any problem that might occur with a slave collared in the {TL}. Lucient, DaemonStorm, Mazah, Kyle ... they all know of the GS policy towards me and we have all agreed that I arrive in GS, it is to handle a Talon's Landing slave issue. Most likely I would handle any occurance in email.
