I, Bolt Sarakai, have been a pledged sword to this tavern since the 3/12/98. Where I pledged My steel to the then Captain, Kli Kodesh.

In My time at this tavern, I have met many that I now call friend, RT and VT. In fact, through this room I have met My RT Companion, the Lady Phenomenon.

I know, at times, We have been hard to restrain, pushing the limits of Council Law and Protocol. Yet We have always remained within the bounds of Respect and Honour.

Through actions, of My own choosing, I made Phen a slave. This was exploring Our RT relationship, and it crossed over into Our VT world, I will not apologise for that, My action, My descison. It was also My descion to free Her, and make Her My FC, for in My mind, love knows No bounds or limitations.

Now, because of My actions, and the Council Laws and Protocols being what they are We have come to an impasse. This situation is spilling into Our RT lives and causing some reaction throughout the tavern.

Due to My respect of various Council Members, I can not let this situation continue. I, and My Lady, have decided that We shall depart Gorean Shores, as this seems the best solution to All concerned.

We do not wish to leave in anger, for this tavern holds Many special memories for Us, and We would like to return, now and again, to visit with friends. Yet, I will not allow, A/any Patrons of GS to treat My Lady with disrespect, or as slave.

So, Council of Captains of Port Kar, thank You for allowing Me to serve as a Warrior here. I have found much honour in certain people in this tavern, and know, I still respect You for what You are and what You stand for.
