lot in the end for they test you for the better, even if it just lets you know what
your strengths and weaknesses are. Until one has tasted defeat, one cannot savor
victory. and no man learns to run until he has learned to walk. Often it is when one
has been beaten by one bigger or brighter or faster or more well prepared that he
realizes his own vulnerability. Until a soldier has looked into the face of his own death,
he is an idealist and until one wrestles with their own particular weaknesses and insecurities
and fears and then acknowledges them...then is when a man knows he has risen above
such baseness and can take another step on the road to self discovory. Perhaps the pains
